Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation During Cooling-Off Period

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided that delivery and installation have not yet taken place. To cancel during this period, contact our support team by phone or email. A full refund of any charges will be processed within 7 business days.

2. Cancellation Before Installation

If you wish to cancel after the 48-hour cooling-off period but before installation:

• Contact our customer service team to request cancellation
• Any payment card authorisation hold will be released
• No cancellation fee applies if equipment has not been delivered

3. Early Termination (After Installation)

If you wish to cancel your rental after the equipment has been installed:

• You must provide at least 30 days' written notice
• An early termination fee may apply based on the remaining contract term
• All outstanding monthly payments must be settled
• Equipment must be available for collection by our team

4. Early Termination Fees

Early termination fees are calculated based on the remaining contract period:

Remaining Term	Fee
More than 18 months remaining	6 months' rental
12-18 months remaining	4 months' rental
6-12 months remaining	2 months' rental
Less than 6 months remaining	1 month's rental

All fees are subject to 5% UAE VAT.

5. Equipment Collection

Upon cancellation, our team will arrange to collect the equipment from your premises. You must:

• Make the equipment available for collection within 14 days of the cancellation effective date
• Ensure the equipment is in the same location as installation
• Not disassemble or tamper with the equipment

Failure to make equipment available for collection, or returning equipment damaged beyond normal wear and tear, may result in additional collection or replacement charges billed to the card on file.

7. Cancellation by the Company

No More Bottles UAE reserves the right to cancel a rental agreement in the following circumstances:

• Persistent payment failures (3 or more consecutive failed payments)
• Misuse or damage to the equipment
• Breach of the rental agreement terms
• Relocation of equipment without prior consent
