Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement

By placing an order on the No More Bottles UAE platform, you enter into a rental agreement for water dispensing equipment. Contracts are available in 2-year and 3-year terms.

2. Pricing & Payment

• All prices displayed are exclusive of 5% UAE VAT unless stated otherwise
• The first month's rental is charged when the order is placed
• Subsequent monthly rental payments are charged automatically to your registered payment card
• Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED)

3. Installation & Delivery

Free delivery and installation is provided across all UAE Emirates. Our team will contact you to schedule an installation appointment at your preferred date and time.

4. Subscription Includes

• Free delivery and installation
• Bi-annual filter changes
• Annual sanitisation and servicing
• UV lamp replacements (for Firewall products)
• Technical support

5. Cancellation

Early termination of the rental contract may incur an early termination fee. Please contact our customer service team for details specific to your contract.

6. Equipment Care

The rented equipment remains the property of No More Bottles UAE. Customers are responsible for reasonable care of the equipment. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in charges to the card on file.

7. Payment Failures

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to charge the card up to 3 times over a 9-day period. If payment remains unsuccessful, the service may be suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

8. Water Supply Requirements

Certain products require access to a water supply connection and electrical outlet. The customer is responsible for ensuring these are available at the installation location.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
